I’m a fiction writer and podcaster based in Washington, D.C. The author of several pieces of short fiction, I’m currently working on my first novel-length project. I’m also a host on the New Books Network & the podcast WAR BOOKS, where I interview today’s best authors writing about war-related topics.

I’m the 2022 recipient of the Jerome Lowell DeJur Award in Fiction, and I have an MFA in Creative Writing from CUNY City College. When I’m not writing or podcasting, you can find me out in nature or wandering around a museum, usually within arm’s reach of a good book.
